EMICINA® is a broad spectrum antibiotic in injectable solution, stable, ready to be used, containing 50 mg of Emicina® (Oxytetracycline Pfizer) per milliliter.
The vehicle used (propylene glycol) allows a perfect and total dissolution of the active ingredient and total absorption at the injection point without causing injury.
Action:
Broad spectrum antibiotic, effective against germs.
Gram-positive and Gram-negative, both aerobic and anaerobic, rickettsia, eperythrozoon, mycoplasma, some protozoa, fungi and has a high specificity to combat anaplasma.
Emicina® exerts its action at the level of the 30S ribosomal subunit of the bacterium, preventing protein synthesis that prevents bacterial reproduction.

DESCRIPTION : Broad spectrum antibiotic that can be applied intramuscularly, subcutaneously or intravenously in the treatment of infectious diseases caused by germs sensitive to the action of oxytetracycline, in different species of animals.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION ROUTE: EMICINA ® LIQUID can be administered intramuscularly, subcutaneously, intravenously according to the case and the treatment needs.
Administer 1 ml for every 10 kg of weight.
WARNINGS :
• This product should not be used 30 days before the slaughter of animals destined for human consumption; milk from treated cows should also not be consumed, up to 3 days after the last treatment. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not administer in horses intended for human consumption.
